Hey everybody!
First I would like to thank EVERYONE who was involved with this last trip to Japan! Everyone from the fans to the record label to the taxi drivers! I had an amazing time! I NEED to come back with my band!Today I flew to Korea and was greeted by some adorable fans who welcomed me in unison! It was kind of freaky when I got my bags because this man in uniform came and asked if I was a singer from Canada. I thought I was in trouble!!! But he really was a security chief that couldn’t speak any English. So I had a group of Police escorting me to my car! That was a first!
I arrived at Hanyang University to film a live concert for a popular Korean TV show. I had so much fun! Even though the band playing wasn’t my regular band, it was a challenge to work with musicians that had JUST learned my songs. We totally pulled it off! I haven’t performed in over a month, so it felt good to get back on stage. At night we went out for a Korean dinner. I got one word for you: SPICY!!! We left a path of destruction and empty bowls behind us!

まずは、今回の日本へのたびでお世話になったみんなに、ありがとうといいたいわ！ファンから、レコード会社、そして、タクシーの運転手さんも！本当に素敵な時間が過ごせたわ！絶対に、次はバンドと一緒に戻ってこなくちゃ！今日は、韓国に行きました、そこで声を合わせて私を迎えてくれるかわいらしいファンたちにあったわ！私のかばんがつかまれて、ユニフォーム姿の人にあなたはカナダから来た歌手か？って聞かれたた時はとってもびっくりしたわ。なにかトラブルに巻き込まれたんじゃないか!?って。でも、彼は英語が話せないただのセキュリティのチーフだったの。警察官のグループが私のことをエスコートして、車まで連れて行ってくれたのよ！初めてのことよ！
漢陽大学についてからは、韓国で人気のTVのためにライヴコンサートを行ったの。とっても楽しかった！たとえ、バンドが私のいつものバンドじゃなかったとしても、私の曲を覚えたてのミュージシャンたちと演奏してみるのは挑戦だったわ。 私たちはうまくやり遂げたと思う!!ここ何ヶ月かパフォーマンスしてなかったから、本当にステージに戻ってきた気分になったわ。夜は、韓国料理を食べに行ったの。私が言えることは：辛い!!!ってこと。食べ散らかして、空っぽのお皿を残して帰ります。
