The menu is thoughtfully curated in consultation with Dr. Alon Seifan, a Board-Certified Neurologist, UCNS-Certified in Behavioral Neurology & Neuropsychiatry to include the five delicious food groups, (vegetables, fruits, legumes, whole grains and foods high in Omega 3s), with healthful garnishings, like herbs, spices, fermented food and natural sweeteners, to nourish the brain and the body.
